Fighting for Pain Relief

My Story

The first car accident was in June 2004. I had spinal fusion surgery in 2006. After being on Hydrocodone, Topamax and desipramine. The 2nd car accident in 2007, was not as traumatic but caused some minor damage below and above the plate. Not to mention more pain. I was introduced to a series of other drugs which did not agree with my system.
In March 2009 I was brutally assaulted by police officers. There’s no doubt it was racially motivated as I sat in my LandRover minding my business. I was yanked up thrown to the ground, they stepped in my back, handcuffed, dragged me and threw me into the back of their police car. Needless to say, I am in more pain now than the previous years. The doctors refuse to treat me now with narcotic pain relievers and find any chance to dismiss me from their practice. I know they are intimidating the doctors. I need a civil attorney to fight for me. The rogue police officers accused me of having marijuana in the car, yet never arrested me for this. In fact, I have never had any drug arrest. The one things the doctors now use against me is that from 1099 to 1994 I had a crack habit and used cigarettes from 1977 to 1994 also. I went to ONE drug rehab in 1990. I have been clean from 1994 from both of these destructive substance. I have never shown any abberant drug behavior during the years of using narcotics for pain, yet they refuse to treat my pain now. I am suffering tremendously. I can no longer go to the chiropractor or get cervical epidurals due to the Chiari Malformation i just found out about. I need help. They have so much incorrect medical information in my records and I’m going through pure hell to get them to correct it. The medical community has losts its Hippocratic oath and what they’re doing is pure malpractice.
