I’m deperate!
My name is Debbie and I just turned 58 last week.. I was diagnose with fybrlomialgia aroune 12 years ago. For a long time, just like alot of us, thought I was crazy. I was never so glad to have a name to my horrible paing. I’ve had two neck surgeries and a lower back surgery since 1994. I’m in so much pain now that it is really hard to be sitting hear writing this. I’m recently on Celebrex, ultram5xd, hormones, ambien, tylenol pm, klonipin and sometimes bloodpresser meds. I use to do pretty good, but the pain has gotten so bad that I just don’t want to get out of bed and I never know what kind of mood I’ll be in. In the last five years I lost over 60 lbs.. They took me off amitryptaline at that time, I was up to 150 mg. I believe that’s what caused my weight loss, because I didn’t gain until I started taking it. I lost it all in about 3 mo. The doctors weren’t concerned. At that time I was having so much nerve pain I was bed redding. Eventually when I was put on celebrex is when my pain started to settle down. Then this past oct. the burning pain came back with vigents. Eventualloy diaganose with shingels. From the front of my pubic bone to my buttucts. Was told the worst case every seen. The urgent care dr. didn’t even know how I was funtining because of just the everyday drugs I take. He told me to either see my regular dr.right then or go to ER. I had to fight to see my dr. She put me on Lyrica and Oxicod 5x day. At least the pain subusided. Went back in two wks. ask how the lyrica was helping with fybromyalgia. Couldn’t tell because was still pretty drugged from the Oxicod. I starting cutting back and by Christmas I notice that my behavior was changing for the worst and I was feeling to out of it. At that point I was taking the lyrica plus regular meds. everyday but not longer the oxycod. I thought I was having with drawals from the oxy. but I read the side effects of the lyrica and I slowly stopped them. Please for give me for rabbinling on, but I’m hurting so bad right now that I really can’t funtion to well or spell.
