I am both a pain patient and allied heath care provider licensee of 16 yrs. not able to ingage in physical medical massage modalities from my current status. It is wrong on soo many levels.
2008 Now being being denied proper treatments and pain care as knee jerk to one MD licensee being probablly wrogly acused (one of my docs 10 plus yrs ago. when i was never endulged in correct dosages of pain relif post high speed Head -on MVA car clash with 50% fatalities) and futher injured from that. Need Help to Litigate for Due Process to help stop this NATIONAL EPIDEMIC. NO FEAR! It’s is past due to make a change.!
Get This! update 3-12-10 Told by MD licensee, WITH ALL THE KNOWN DEVISTATION CAUSED >>> if I don’t take NSAID’s and COX-2 Inhibitors (prior 2.5 yrs anemic, and bleedinging, w/ other adversed effects on NSAIDS) and Psychotrop’s, SSRI’s SNRI’s with prior negative adverse effects Experienced w/o pain relief) I will not be given what works for me [narcotics w/o anti-inflamatories.], and the least adverse effects to my body.. This is gross negligence to start! Contol Freak -Aberrant Doctor Behavior, is Abusive to Client/Paitient, preventing ability to earn a living and be active, w/o pain block, I have to be super “to” Sedentary myself and prevent assisting others- to avoid unacceptable self punishment pain levels and tissue distortions, neck head, toso, extremities, and the negatice systemic changes it causes like increased acidosis.
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS Alledged Pain Specialist Lack of knowledge and caring- He profited 7 office visits and $1500-2000 in cost for transportation jan-feb.’10 While I am no nearer the freedom to engage in commerce or familial activites. {clinical psych. has made it clear the pat 3.5 yrs their is nothing addictive about me and have injuries, period. I went back in 2010 to help establish the ill effects to me of severly high pain levels Not being accomodated. He remains concerned of the inapropriate treatment betsowed on me. I am obviously concerned for myself as so many others getting the ssame abuses, and denial of life.
Much too much abuse by gate-keepers.

denial of care furthered current inability to to recover from work injuries. Dept. labor, allowed insurance co. to spend more on protecting negligent supv. than get me treatments. Turned 3 month max to recover, go into 5yrs. as of 12-2009. experienced years of pathetic alledged care. then Libled. Then
july ’09 medications stopped with out medical justification, caused unacceptable abuse and injuries.. (i don’t use this word loosly) malpractice to start.
Uncontrolled pain and spasms has contibuted to advanced spinal degeneration, some in all levels. over a year of being reduced in meds without being told who was behind it, and kept in anguish has shown objective time line that prior to: spine had no facet grinding and less disk bulging and nerve degeneration- impingments. this has advanced me Further from Restoring self to optimal health in a timely manner. Quality of life is not okay. Far from okay despite my continued pursuit of getting past it..
If your motivated to heal do what it takes to recover from physical detriments and be done with medicines if realistic now. it appears to me certain clinics enjoy billing depts whom ant to keep you in the loop for more billing. This is not okay and probably criminal on several levels. treatment delayed is treatment denied. and what about blatant treatment denied in a timely manor?
Even my medical Licensee friends of various disciplines and other associates know this is Wrong. Especially being denied my ability to earn good money which if I could again I would take the 25, 000 and go to places to heal, the insurance i’m stuck with won’t provide.
