More concerned about $$$ because up until now there has been a great incentive to be meally mouth about opioids while their patients agonize in pain; and absolutely no disincentive not to -”undertreat”. But all that is changing very quickly now [notice 2007 revision above]. The right to die and patient pain advocate movements are consolidating, and putting the pressure on the individual states.
