My Story |
I am a 45 year old mother of 4 and wife of 20 years and since I was 15 I have had severe headaches that I have seen numerous doctors and tried EVERYTHING (shy of ECT) with no success to have a “livable life”–there aren’t very many decent docs out there
I had to drop out of college, I had a stroke in part from the increased blood pressure from the pain. .
Ultimately, I wanted our kids to have a decent mom, so we looked and looked and I finally found a good doctor, that figured out a care plan that worked but 400+ miles away. It was miracle! For a long time, my life(since 2001) has been viable where I have been able-finally-to be a wife and mom, as he prescribed something that worked! I could be a classroom helper, drive the kids to activities, help with homework–all those things that make life worth living.
I do worry with the government becoming more intrusive and what will happen if my doctor no longer is practicing medicine |
