i got diagnosed with interstitial cystitis in 04 when i was just 17 i was in constant debilitating pain and after years of fighting for a diagnosis i finally got it, i am now 23 with 4 young children, i have since been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, chronic pelvic pain, ibs, severe depression and anxiety, pelvic floor spasms and now fibromyalgia, i have gone to countless doctors tons of er treatments and no one will treat me. i have heard it all-from you are too young to come back to me when you are in your thirties i have also heard that since i live close to a college town they dont feel comfortable perscribing me anything for pain, i did win disability and they recognize the pain im in but the doctors say that i am drug seeking and also it is all in my head i live in pa and cant find anyone who will treat me because i am too young |
